I'm Bringing Birthdays Back!

 Join me.. #ImBringingBirthdaysBack one of the reasons I love what I do is that a hand-stamped card is a blessing.  Lately I've scrambled to actually MAIL My Cards - eek!!  With the ease but disconnect of Social Media birthday shout-outs (like on Facebook) there is a lack of actually feeling blessed with a birthday card!

 When Shannon West with Stampin' Up! started this movement of blessing people - it spoke to my heart!  My daughter's birthday came and she didn't receive on card on her birthday - even from me (I was scrambling with the festivites and our busy schedule.. missing giving her a card until the next day - ugh!).  I actually made the card on-time for my son's birthday two weeks later. I've even sent over 35 cards for birthdays since!  

So JOIN Us and create some love - sending a pretty birthday card to those in your life!  I've created a Excel Spreadsheet to try and track these.  Using Facebook to offer this to my stamping friends, emailing my customers and more.  Facebook helps with showing birthdays before they happen lol.  I then message those I am actually friends with to send them a card!  It's a fun way to bless others.  Where to start??  Comment on our Gettin' Crafty Stampin' Family Facebook Group and see what we are all doing - I'm glad to answer any questions you may have (or contact me if you aren't on Facebook!).

Stamp Out Breast Cancer

To show our support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're going PINK . . . or at least our October boxes are! And because we know our subscribers want to share the love too, we will be making a donation on their behalf to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).

Stampin' Up! will donate

• $1 for every active Paper Pumpkin subscriber.
• Plus, an additional $1 for every new subscriber.

Together, we will make a difference!

Here's how you can help: 

1. Subscribe! If you're new to Paper Pumpkin, click here to get started. Your first kit will arrive in a limited-edition pink box that you'll want to hold onto forever-and we'll donate $2 becauseyou're new!
2. Stay active if you're a subscriber so we can donate $1 for you. Only those who receive the October shipment will be counted for the donation.
3. Spread the word! Help us get as many new subscribers as possible. Every current subscriber adds $1 and for new subscribers it's doubled, so let's get the word out and raise as much as possible.
4. Use the images below to spread the word via email, texts, and social media. For those who have been on the fence about Paper Pumpkin, this could be just the thing that makes them want to give it a try!
5. Use the opportunity to share Paper Pumpkin on World Card Making Day (October 3). If you're holding an event, include a Paper Pumpkin Make & Take. Encourage your customers to sign up by October 10 so they can be a part of something bigger with a donation to BCRF.

Additional Details: 

• New subscribers are those who signed up between September 11 and October 10, 2015and have not been a Paper Pumpkin subscriber at any time in the past. 
• All funds will be donated in US dollars.
• Mini spoiler alert! The October project inside the pink box is just as awesome as always, but we should probably let you know that it is not a pink project. That's all we're saying. ;)

Flex in September

Wish you could get a jump start on earning flex points? Wish granted! In September, every demonstrator who sells $300 will receive 1,500 flex points. In addition, you will meet your quarterly minimum. What could be better? We expect everyone to be able to earn these points, especially with the new products from the holiday catalog finally available to customers. It's going to be a great month!

Details: 

• Dates: September 1-30, 2015
• Flex points earned during this promotion will be deposited October 20.
• Since these points are promotional, they will not count towards the 500,000 flex point cap for the year.
• Flex points earned during this promotion can be used on any Flex Account item (that's right, no restrictions)!
• Additional flex points will not be awarded to demonstrators who exceed $300 in sales in September.
• Points earned during this promotion will expire on October 31, 2016.
• Deadlines: To earn flex points, the $300 sales requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (MT) on September 30, 2015.

Add the color or colors that you are interested in and see the fun mixes that come up!  I miss the Color Chart... this is a good substitute instead.

Catalog Kick-Off

Road Trip!! 

Let's Hop in and Do THIS!!  I loved the last Catalog Kick-Off!  With my big ol' Excursion we can carpool and do a card swap - grab a bite to eat and laugh along the way.  I have a big ol' trunk to bring home ALL Of Our RED CARPET Give Aways!!  So Call Stampin' Up! and let's go to this Kick-Off TOGETHER!! 

Off to Long Beach, Ca - so toss a few dollars in the pot for gas (I have a 40 gallon Diesel) and we'll have a blast!  Dress Up and Have some FUN with your Stampin' Sisters - Let's do this Gettin' Crafty Stampin' Gang!
