I remember when we were told to 'bundle up, it's cold outside'... and I have to laugh - I've been in California my whole life... yet I remember that it's a way of showing that you care!
 
Show YOUR CUSTOMERS that YOU Care!!  Send them info (with the aide of the DBWS), Mail a Card, Make a Call ++ and Show them that they can Save and that YOU CARE!!
